Yuan Ze University Guidelines for the Acknowledgment of Donors for the Construction of Building Six

Following the "Yuan Ze University Donation Acknowledgment Guidelines" and the "Ministry of Education Guidelines for Rewarding Educational Contributions," donations will be publicly recognized. The university will regularly publish donor names, organization names, and donation details in Yuan Ze University's electronic newsletter and other publications.
For donations made by individuals or groups outside the University, as well as by faculty, staff, students, departments, clubs, or alumni, the following acknowledgments will be provided:
1. Donations under NT$10,000: A letter of appreciation from the principal.
2. Donations of NT$10,000 to NT$100,000: The university will engrave the donor’s name on a special appreciation plaque in Building Six.
3. Donations of NT$100,000 to NT$500,000: The university will engrave the donor’s name and handprint on a special appreciation plaque in Building Six.
4. Donations of NT$500,000 to NT$2,000,000: The university will engrave the donor’s name on the doorplate of a regular or tiered classroom in Building Six.
5. Donations of NT$2,000,000 to NT$10,000,000: The donor will have the opportunity to name a regular or tiered classroom in Building Six (with NT$2,000,000 as the standard for naming one classroom).
6. Donations of NT$10,000,000 or more: The university will invite the donor to name a hall in Building Six and grant honorary alumni status.
7. Donations of NT$160,000,000 or more: The university will invite the donor to name the entire Building Six building and grant honorary alumni status.
For donations recognized in points 2 through 7, the university will present a letter of appreciation from the principal or chairman.
For donations acknowledged in points 4 through 7, the university will engrave the donor's name and handprint on a special appreciation plaque in Building Six.
The university will acknowledge cumulative donations that meet the above thresholds in the same manner as a sign of respect.
The University Affairs Committee must approve names for classrooms.
To express appreciation, Yuan Ze invites donors to Building Six’s opening ceremony to receive a public acknowledgment from the University. Donors will also receive invitations to important university celebrations and academic events as honored guests and copies of published materials and electronic newsletters.
